EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Sign up now to exhibit your product during the IEEE/OES Eleventh Current, Waves and Turbulence Measurement Workshop (CWTM) [formerly CMTC] at the Hilton Bayfront in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida. The scope of the Workshop has diversified to embrace a wider range of technologies for observing all aspects of the ocean in motion.

Few trade shows provide exhibitors with a forum as effective as an office visit--a unique aspect of this Workshop. Beginning with the icebreaker event on Monday, March 2, you have a unique opportunity to make very cost-effective use of your travel time and budget by meeting with a large number of relevant, qualified, and widely dispersed prospects from the US and abroad -- including influencers in the industry.

You are most cordially invited to exhibit your products and services and to present technical papers describing work you have completed (not sales pitches). Consider these exhibitor advantages:

  • Each afternoon includes a time slot for on-water demonstrations (Dockside spaces at USF and a boat will be available)
  • Captive audience: all attendees stay at the same hotel and dine locally
  • Attendees return repeatedly to the proximity of the booths and are available for extended periods
  • Breaks are held in the exhibition area adjacent to the meeting room, providing ample opportunity to connect
  • Exhibitors attend all papers due to the use of a single forum for presentation

DEADLINE FOR THE EARLY-BIRD  DISCOUNTED RATE WAS JANUARY 15, 2015.

To reserve booth space, please send to either of us (see below) the booth fee and the following TWO signed forms:

(1) Application for Exhibitor Space

(2) Exhibitor Terms and Conditions

Both forms are included in the Exhibitor Registration Packet (see above link).

Credit card payments can be made through our secure payment gateway (coming soon).  Alternatively, checks can be mailed directly to Dr. Peter Spain.  The fee schedule is found in the section titled EXHIBIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  Checks are payable to: IEEE/OES/CWTM 2015 [in U.S. funds only].

Don't miss this opportunity to connect with movers and shakers in the ocean technology community! Next Spring, we hope to see you at the IEEE/OES Eleventh Working Conference on Current, Waves and Turbulence Measurement while enjoying the delights of *spring training* in St Petersburg, Florida
